• Thailand  [FREE SHIPPING + VAT, GST and Sales Tax (DDP Service)]

*DDP= Delivery Duty Paid, meaning you will not have any additional fee when you receive the goods from the carrier company (SF Express)

**SST= Sales and Service Tax, Malaysian tax & duty that you will only settle at checkout (DDP service)

You will pay only the amount shown at the checkout, no hidden fee!

For any other extra charges, all payments will be assumed by PoolHK.com without any extra charge to your shipment under the DDP service. 

Notice: We inform you that outside of our control and non following the term of our contract with the courier company, it happens for some reason that the courier company ask (you) to settle the tax fee, you should reject it and ask to chargeback the shipper (us), and they will comply & arrange the delivery without any problem. 2-NEGOTIATED FLAT RATE (DDP Service)

And we have a Negotiated Flat Rate* + Duties and Taxes (DDP Service**) to the following country:

• South Korea +(Duties and Taxes)
• Japan +(Duties and Taxes)

*Negotiated Flat Rate, negotiated price between 250HK$~1450HK$, depending on your order volume and country selected + Duties and Taxes (to be paid at checkout).

*Negotiated shipment Rate; depending on your order country and volume, we have fix price between 350HK$~1450HK$ excluding VAT. The carrier company (SF Express) will contact you before delivery to settle the Taxes & Duty related to your country 

**C&F Service= Cost and Freight, meaning that at the "checkout", you will pay for the products and shipment ONLY. You will have to settle taxes and duties when you receive the goods from the courier company (SF Express) at the destination.

PoolHK.com will NOT be responsible for all taxes & duties for the C&F service.

For all the international destinations, the lead-time for the delivery is around 8-14 days, base on a normal transit time. (SF Express International Express Service & Hong Kong Speed Post), With the regulation and standard for shipment that includes ion batteries, the customs clearance can vary depending on each country's customs regulations.

In response to the impact of COVID-19, Transit Time may have been affected.
