Refund policy

We respect your right of returning items under certain conditions.

The return or exchange request is made within 14 days maximum from your order's shipment arrival day to request an exchange, please submit your request via email "contact us".

A 15% restocking fee may apply to all items returned. Return postage charges/costs will be borne by the buyer. The item shouldn't have been used in any way. The item should have in its original packaging in perfect condition.

To return the item, you must contact us and receive the Return Authorization Number (RAN). No returns without RAN will be accepted.

After receiving your return, we will refund the card you used to place an order for a returned item's price. A refund will be issued within up to 30 days from the day we receive your return. We will not refund the shipping cost.

We reserve the right to accept the return if returned items do not meet our resalable conditions requirements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
